How plans work

- THC boxes: products above the hemp limit. The seller needs a state cannabis license. Delivery stays inside state lines. The age minimum is 21 in most adult-use states, or 18 with a medical card in some states.

State limits that shape a box
Many states cap one retail purchase at 1 ounce (28 grams) of flower and 8 grams of concentrate. A box cannot go past those caps. Delivery rules differ. Some states allow store delivery, some allow only a licensed courier, and some do not permit delivery at all. State regulators may treat a subscription as a series of sales, so plan terms follow state retail rules.
Cost and taxes
Plan prices track product weight and product type. A box with 3.5 grams of flower and one edible costs less than a box with 28 grams and multiple concentrates. Cannabis excise taxes and sales taxes apply in most legal states and add to the listed price. California charges a 15% excise tax plus sales tax. Illinois taxes cannabis at 10% to 25% based on THC content.
Billing and cancellation

Checks before you subscribe
- Confirm the seller's license number on the state cannabis regulator's website.
- Read the THC milligram count per package and per serving on edibles.
- Check the delivery zone. Licensed sellers cover a set radius or set of zip codes.
- Expect an ID check. A driver scans a government ID at the door in states with delivery.
- Ask what happens if a product is out of stock.
- Ask if the plan renews on its own or ends after a set number of boxes.
